Where is Justice?

Since October they have been holding people through promises. Encouraging people to perform, to stay and to enjoy, but how can people start enjoying the so called promises when this are all illusions. Promises driven by the wind seemed forgotten. Now i know promises meant to be broken. But we are crossing our fingers hoping for one day we can see it, experience it and feel it.
I remember the head manager once told us how fortunate we are for having such an increase. Which will definitely boost are moral, encouraged us and my office mates. Straight from her mouth to my ears i can still remember what she said. There will be pay outs for incentives based on performance and a salary leveling based on rank level. As announced they said that it will be a big amount labeling us as the highest paid officers in the office. But how come every payday we are receiving less than we expected. Officers in level one are even getting higher payouts than officers in level 3. Discrepancies i should say. So who's to blame? is it the human resource department?
According to the head manager they already submitted all the adjustments to HR. HR said they are working on it. But days, weeks and months have passed still where not getting anything. We are not getting what we have earned. We are not getting what was intend for us. We are not getting what we deserve. After few weeks of complaining we received a news that the basic salaries where already adjusted. Checking on my employee online profile i can see that it was. Felt contented for what i have seen, i was surprised knowing that my colleagues are actually getting higher than what i have. I'm puzzled, i wonder and i was shocked. Shocked knowing that i am receiving less, shocked that im not receiving what they are receiving. Imagine they are receiving 9 bucks more per hour than me. How the hell did it happen? i really don't know. As one of the so-called performing employee I was disappointed knowing the fact. I asked for explainations, I looked for some answers but i can't find it. Then one of my colleagues told me maybe they are still trying to update it. Maybe yours still needs to be updated. I waited, waited for days. Been checking online but there was no change. I am alarmed. Alarmed that i was deceived.
Although our status online was slightly changed, the pay outs that we are receiving are still the same. No adjustments at all, the so-called allowances are not there. And the problem here is that the payslips are not with us.
Where is Justice?

Loving my comeback

I'm here sitting on my swevle chair, feeling sick yet waiting for a call. I can't help but wish for the clock to strike 8 o'clock. I wanted to go home. huhuhuhu

Loving my comeback, while waiting for a call i keep on thinking what to write next. Im checking on my mood. Im not in the mood for writing. I feel sick but i have to be well. I remember reading this book, "The Secret" by Rhonda Bynes. It encourages you to think positive at all times. Since you will be attracting positive vibes from the universe. Law of attraction as i should say.

Gained Access!

Feb 26, 2008 - The day i gained access to Gek's Laffy... hehehehe Laptop po! that's how we call his precious laptop. It's an Acer 4310 complete with DSL connection. This is actually for his soon-to-be homebased Medical transcription. Extra job for an extra income. Nagpapayaman!!
Hehhe to give you a background, i dont have a full access to any sites. Its definitely restricted. hmmm.. oh well to prevent downloading stuff that might carry malicious software. Me working for Microsoft, i definitely should now. Its just so funny that when i tried browsing for multiply.com when i tried to open my friend David's site to show the latest pictures to my housemate, hehehehe the computer detected it as a malicious site. hmmm.. Windows na mismo ang nagsabi... porno ang site ni David.. hahahahaha peace david.heheh then i tried browsing friendster.com and it appeared to be malicious site as well. I burst into laughter i just felt like im in CVG browsing and suddenly "Access Denied" sign will appear. hehehe i made a complaint, as usual, i was so confident in giving my friend a feedback for his so called beta-test for giving not only me but all of the housemates an access to use his precious laffy.
Hehehehe so much with the funny moments on the first beta test. Its second day and i requested for longer access.. hehehe Good thing malakas kay Gek hehehe he allowed me to use the laffy until 2aM, hehehehe.. funny as how it appears naka parental block ko hehehe nay time limit hehehe off course maintenance pud sa laffy, lisud na wala pa raba na impas. hehehe
Any way, I was so happy gaining this access. Not because i can browse online but finally i can have time to go back with blogging. hmmm... it was already been months since i last updated my blog site. I wanted to go back making money out of it. hehehe sounds good right? But it wont be for so long since this access might be temporary coz the moment Gek starts his homebased work, i know i bet i wont have that freedom to abuse his laffy for blogging. So I'll grab this few moments i have to start bursting my heart out for blogging. hahaha cheka kaau ai... saernz nalang ni.

The day we met Bonnie!

First, we went to Jezah's house to join them in their fiesta celebration. It was my first time to be there and to meet the other Jerks after a long time of exile in cebu (hehehe exile jud daw ang gigamit!). We had fun, we ate (of course, the most important part~!!!! ahahahaha and the sole reason why we were there? hehehehe), and not to mention, the all time favorite of all VIDEOKE!!!! after long hours of talk and laugh we finally decided to go home.
On our way home, we decided to "tambay" in the city just to kill the time. We passed by Quezon avenue road and saw an open apartment. Winston peeped on it same with Fhy and everyone else followed, we just laughed and unknowingly the owner was outside watching us, having fun with his place. When we decided to leave, The owner spoke and said " Gusto mo musulod?" then Winston answered yes , the owner agreed. But we just laughed and tried to leave. He then asked where are we going, our gay friend explained that we are just looking for a place to stay just to kill the time. The owner invited us to stay there, with him and drink. At first i thought he was just kidding, but he really did invited us to enter the room. It was dark and bare. But you will notice some papers posted on the walls. There were like poems. Poems of hatred, of disgust and disappointments.

When we were there, i thought he was just trying to campaign for his uncle who is running for Vice Mayor in Iligan city. But as the time goes, i realized that he was just looking for someone to talk to. Someone whom he can share his hurts, from his family and most specially his brother. He told us his life story and how ended that way. If you'll be very observant you would notice that there are lots of empty and full bottles of beer. In his punching bag, you would see a phrase of hatred and a name, where i assume he usually would punch on.
"FK" that was the initial. And you would see that in almost every poster.Base on the poems, i thought he was a psycho or something. because he keeps on talking about his brother and how much he hated him for what his brother did to him. He gave us 100 peso bill, he gave us dimsum pancit canton and something like chao fan? and he ordered siopao and 10 bottles of San Mig Light for 7 people, 8 if his included. That was a kid gesture from a total stranger. We had fun talking with him, in-spite of some scary moments when he was touring us in his room, that thing he showed us, honestly i was a bit scared and worried. But other than that, i really had a great time. It was a wonderful experience hehehe talking with Bonnie.
He just felt so alone and no one to talk too. So he would grab opportunity to mingle and talk to total strangers like us. He asked for our contact numbers so that he can call us for some time (we actually gave Winsy's number). heheheh when we finally decided to leave, i was touched when he said " Gikapoy kog kinatawa oi, Nalingaw jud ko!". an indication that he had a great time too and he was indeed lonely.
Til Next time Bonnie!!!!!!

Miracles do Happen

Job Abandonment, the memo that I don’t want to receive, who like this anyway, no one right? For the past 2 years I tried to be the best employee as I can be. Following all the process, abiding the bylaws and respecting the heads trying to please everyone tried to be nice. There are just people that whatever you do they just don’t like you.
I really don’t understand what the main point of this blog is. I have mixed emotions. I just couldn’t concentrate in one topic. What I’m trying to analyze was why it’s not possible for me to go home. For sure they will just be offering voluntary go home for the people. For times like this I’m beginning to hate the company. But that’s the sad truth for industries like this. You have to be away from your family just to answer calls from people who actually doesn’t care about you. You try to act as if everything is ok, when its not. You try to smile and sound happy even if you’re just faking it. I envy those courageous people who walked out the door of this company and searched a greener or better Pasteur. They are so brave. And sad to say I’m not brave enough. I can’t just give that decision right away; I have to think of my debts, my siblings depending on me and most of all I have to think about myself here in Cebu . What would possibly happen to me if I loss a job. I keep on saying and I even keep on planning to resign but I just couldn’t do it. I just can’t. My friends might be sick of hearing those things from me. Its all just plans.
I wanted to storm the heavens with prayers to give me a miracle. Hoping that a miracle would happen starting December 29th at least until January 2.

About Me

I am Xy-Za a complicated, simple, creative young lady or should I say woman, who's currently settling in her hometown, Iligan City. I admit I am a workaholic, I am a person who can work on my own. Most of the time a perfectionist. I'd rather do things and execute tasks on my own rather than getting unsatisfactory results but when laziness strikes, I can stay in bed the whole day. I love watching movies, most specially when it's musical and comical. I am at times poetic and hopeless romantic. I cry watching sad and romantic movies, that's why I try to avoid them. When almost everyone loves Harry Potter, me? I'm not a fan. I haven't even dared reading 1 book of the Harry Potter series. I'd rather read architectural and interior designing books and magazines. I love to draw and paint and I love starring at the computer the whole day manipulating photos and searching interior design websites.

I am not a professional writer, nor a professional photographer.I love taking photos of simply everything. I don't have an expensive digital SLR camera, I only have a China made point and shoot and a camera phone. Despite that, I'm proud to say that I take good pictures (hahaha such a show off). I'm currently pursuing Culinary courses @ La Vetta Chef's Class and soon Interior Design courses @ Sofa-School of Interior Designs.

Me and my family loves to travel and go on food trip. I have been to many places already with them and will travel the rest of the world with them, and hopefully with a husband. Yes,I am currently single but temporarily unavailable (hehehe). I have stayed in Cebu City for 5 lovely years where I succeeded, fallen in love and deeply hurt.
